in CI we are constantly finding ways to relate to our environment, our space, gravity, momentum, it almost becomes another language.
So how do we relate to ourselves?
The point of this practice to observe the mass of the body and let movement happens without effort.
Before we share our weight with anybody, we start here…the moment we are born.

As Steve said: “your mass and the earths mass are calling to each other…”
