From coordinating media coverage to amplifying the incredible story behind our BabyLove community service initiative, this assignment was one for the books! 🎤📸

A HUGE thank you to my big, big sis @leslifoster for the amazing @wusa9 coverage AND an inspiring keynote! You helped us share our story in such a meaningful way! ❤️

To my AMAZING Communications Committee 🩷 @team_randolph , @i_am_janelleetaylor Janelle E. Taylor, and @readwithcarylee🩷 WE DID THAT! Thank you for showing up, stepping in, and making things happen!

Special love to our AWD Co-Chair @ashley_newell, our honorary comms team member 😂, the Eastern Region PR Team, and CE Jovette (@solstar5) for your partnership and support!

And to CP Rosalynn @roxxyp and VP Danielle @danielledee43 , thank you for leading us with such grace, poise, and unwavering support! Our entire PWC Chapter showed up and showed OUT! 👏🏽

Somewhere between the emails, interviews, deadlines, and last-minute details, I even managed to squeeze in a few pictures, plenty of laughs, and unforgettable moments with some phenomenal women! 🥰

The assignment was understood. The story was told. And the sisterhood? ALWAYS the best part! 🩷💙

💗💙 What a Friday Night to Remember! 🎶

We learned the moves, hit the floor, and enjoyed the party!

Our 2026 Eastern Region Southern Area Work Day Friday Night Line Dance Party brought together an unforgettable evening of music, movement, laughter, and fellowship!

We were especially honored to have our Chapter Founders, Dr. Kearney-Wood and Ingrid Paris-Hicklin, join us and share in the fun, along with National Vice President Fatimah Moody!

A heartfelt thank you to our Eastern Region Southern Cluster leadership, the Prince William County, Virginia Chapter, and our incredible host team volunteers for helping make this celebration possible.

Special appreciation to Dancing with Regina, our guest instructors, and our live DJ for keeping the energy high, the music flowing, and everyone moving!

And a special shoutout to Mother Raven for organizing such a wonderful evening and bringing everyone together for a night of fun and sisterhood!

To everyone who joined us, thank you for showing up, bringing your energy, and making the evening so memorable! 💕💙

🎥 Enjoy a few of our favorite moments from the dance floor!

Empowered Women, Empowering Generations.

Quality control doesn’t stop at the swag bag.💙🩷

Yes, we checked the packaging, the presentation, and every little detail.

But quality is also reflected in the programming we deliver, the service we provide, the experiences we create, and the breadth and depth of the impact we hope to leave behind in Jack and Jill of America Incorporated.

Because Area Work Day is about more than what our guests take home.

It’s about what they experience, what they learn, and what continues long after the day is over.

Gratitude to Our Esteemed Oratorical Judges

As we continue our countdown to the 2026 Eastern Region Southern Area Work Day, we pause to recognize four exceptional professionals who generously shared their time, expertise, and encouragement in support of young orators.

For the Division I and Division II Oratorical Competition held September 30, 2026, we were honored to welcome our esteemed judges:

Dr. Christi Monk Andrews
Ms. Yolanda Logan
Mr. Ferrin Moore
Dr. Sharon H. Porter

Representing an extraordinary breadth of experience across education, executive leadership, business, organizational development, aviation, media, mentorship, and community service, each judge brought a thoughtful and distinctive perspective to the competition.

We are especially grateful for their commitment to our young people. From joining us for Judge Training on September 23 to giving their time again for the Division I and Division II competition on September 30, our judges offered careful consideration, meaningful feedback, encouragement, and support to every young orator who stepped forward to share their voice.

To each of our esteemed judges, thank you for investing in the confidence, growth, and potential of the next generation.

Your service helped make this experience meaningful to our Jacks and Jill’s, and we are deeply grateful.

42 Years of Legacy

On September 8, 1984, the Prince William County, Virginia Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. was officially installed.

Today, we honor the vision of Dr. Frances Kearney Wood and our charter members, whose leadership established a foundation of service, leadership, philanthropy, civic engagement, family, and sisterhood that continues 42 years later.

From those who began the journey to the generations carrying it forward today, we celebrate a legacy that continues to grow.

Honoring Our Past. Celebrating Our Present. Inspiring Our Future.

1984–2026 | 42 Years of Legacy

Long Live Jack and Jill!
