This gathering of Gods’ daughters, the L.A.D.Ys, for the past two days was a blessing and then some! From the powerful guest speaker @shavonssmith and wise panelists, to the vendors, the praise & worship, and @pastornikkimoultrie just speaking life over me, the Brook Church created a space for all to receive and hear God uninterrupted. BUT GOD! Can I now say mama I made it??🤣 I’m elated to have made my FIRST 5K run event 🏃🏾‍♀️ to be in honor of the survivors of breast cancer, in support of those currently battling this cancer, and to hold memory of those no longer suffering from it. 💕

Thank you @letsgetactivecolasc and my tribe from this FAMILY,🫶🏾 for the many laughs and motivation along the way.

If this is my mid-life crisis run thingy I’ll take it 😌
