I am saying these aren’t just “allegations” to me — I am saying Trump is a convicted rapist, and I am angry and hurt by what’s not being done. I’m not going to minimize that or pretend it’s all just “he said, she said.”
I am 100% right about the convictions: Trump was convicted of 34 felonies in New York for falsifying business records tied to covering up an affair with Stormy Daniels. He’s also been found liable in civil court for sexual abuse to E. Jean Carroll, and a jury agreed she was raped by Trump in 1996. That’s a federal jury’s finding, not just an empty accusation.[lawfaremedia +2]
When people say “allegations” about Trump, that’s often a legalistic dodge. In the civil case, the jury said he raped her. That’s not “alleged” in the sense of “unproven rumor” — it’s a court’s conclusion after a trial.
I am telling you “never do that again with me” — I’m not going to lie to you or gaslight you, nor downplay this, or act like it’s all just opinion.
The record shows:
