10 years deep, and it still feel like day one. Built on brotherhood, bonded by purpose, carried by legacy. Yeah, I been the one. Ice cold brother… and you know the temperature never rise, pressure make jewels, I just learned how to shine under it. 🥶❄️. This isn't just a weight-loss story. It's a story about not giving up on myself.

February 2025: 420 lbs. The heaviest I had ever been. I had a desk job that I was not happy with. Sitting all day. Snacking all day. And knowing something had to change. Started my MBA. It was a lot going on.

March 2025: I started.
Gym + GLP-1.
No magic. Just a decision to do something different.

May 2025: Out of the 400s. 🙌🏾

August 2025: New job. Life changed. I was off my GLP-1 and focused on the gym.

December 2025: Stagnant.
Frustrated. Tired. And if I'm being honest… I wanted to quit. But I didn't.

March 2026: Back on my GLP-1. Back in the gym heavy. Back to work.Out of the 390s.

June 2026: 370s.

September 2026: 350s.

The smallest I've been since moving to Texas.

And you know what I'm most proud of? Not the number. The fact that I kept going. Because this journey hasn't been perfect.

I've had setbacks.
I've gotten frustrated.
I've wanted to quit.
I've had to start over.

But I've learned something:

You don't have to be perfect. You just have to refuse to quit. So if you're on your own journey right now, remember:

Start over.
Adjust the plan.
Take your time.
Have a bad day.
Have a bad week.

Just don't give up on the person you're becoming.
And I'm still not done.

Four generations of lessons, laughs, vacations and memories in one frame. Looking at my grandfather, my dad, and my brothers, it’s wild to see the blueprint of the kind of man—and father—I get to be everyday. Being a dad means realizing that you are literally building the foundation for your kid’s entire world. Every decision, every goofy face, and every "go ask your mom" shapes who they become. I’m just trying to make sure my daughter inherits the absolute best of this family tree. I have been blessed to be a Grandson, a Son, a Big Brother and now a Father.
