Had a great chicken parm the other day, so I decided to make my own tonight. Not bad for a quicky meal. #food #chickenparmesan #homecook #hungry by @beachdoc08

Since @audreyburges is getting jerked around by @fedex, I thought I’d share why I stopped using Fedex back in ‘22. I shipped a rare set of AMG wheels (paid $500+ shipping plus extra insurance), only to have the fedex driver forged my signature to avoid having to move the boxes back to his truck; I was 2,000+ mi away watching live. I sent @fedex the video w. my complaint and they ignored it. I had to convince a biz associate to drop everything and drive across the city to secure the boxes bc they would have been stolen before nightfall bc they were just sitting near the sidewalk on a busy street. by @beachdoc08

Bratwurst w sharp cheddar and infused onions, ~5mg dosing. The spices really round out the flavor so the mustard was tried but found unnecessary. I experimented w a patty bc it was quicker to cook and it held the spices far better than a traditional link. Next time I’ll add an over easy egg and remove the grain mustard. #infused #cannabis #cannabiscooking #grilling #bratwurst by @beachdoc08

Tweaking my cannabis-infused candied bacon. Using a rack makes it less crispy, but parchment on a cookie sheet is the best crispiness. #cannabiscooking #infused #bacon by @beachdoc08

Decided to make some pulled pork. Made a new rub and trying it out on a 3lb pork shoulder. I was able to save 2/3 of the rub, sealed in a glass jar for future use. Now let it do its thing for 6-7hr. by @beachdoc08
