my mission — to return food to what it’s meant to be… real, nourishing, and made with intention. feeding my people food they can trust, knowing they’re putting something honest and sustaining into their bodies. today, you walk into the grocery store and nearly everything is filled with additives, chemicals, preservatives, ingredients you can’t even pronounce, and no one really questions it anymore. america’s food and health have slowly gone out the window. you look at the label of a “sourdough” loaf from the store and there isn’t even fermented sourdough culture in it. make that make sense. the big companies are poisoning us all, and it’s time we start paying attention to what we’re putting into our bodies and return to our ancestral ways of eating and living.
my offerings of sourdough bread, english muffins, granola, sweet treats, and other baked goods will be the kind of food you don’t need to read a label for, because you already know what’s in it. organic ingredients, slow fermentation, simple processes, made with the pure intention of nourishment. clean, honest, and obviously… very delicious.

classic sourdough
slow-fermented with organic flour, water, and salt

french onion sourdough
our classic sourdough with rich, savory french onion flavor baked throughout and finished with gruyère cheese on top

sourdough english muffins
naturally fermented, soft and fluffy inside with a golden griddled finish

sourdough pumpkin spice scones
soft, buttery sourdough scones with pumpkin and warm fall spices, finished with maple glaze

salted caramel apple pie cookies
cinnamon vanilla sugar cookies filled with apple pie filling and finished with salted caramel

vanilla almond granola
crunchy oat granola with maple, vanilla, almond flour, and sliced almonds

bread isn’t the problem. the ingredient list is.
you do not need a paragraph of fillers, gums, preservatives, seed oils, and random additives just to make a loaf of bread.

good bread can be simple: flour water salt
that’s it.

learn what’s in your food. read the label. ask questions. the big manufacturers have made bread way more complicated than it needs to be.

this is exactly why i care so much about making sourdough with simple, organic ingredients you can actually recognize.

summer break is officially over and beach house bread is back for the best season of the year 🍂

fall bakes, sourdough, warm spices, cozy mornings, and all the seasonal things i’ve been waiting to make

next pop-up is sunday 10/18 and we’ll be baking through the rest of the year and into the next
