Yenta, Yenta, Yenta… Two months and some change since the release. I would love to hear which songs are grabbing you the most. Had a chance to check out the cover “Stuck In the Middle With You”? That track came together completely by chance late one night in the studio. I had written a progression that I absolutely loved but I couldn’t find anything to sing over it. Finally after a few hours of trying I decided to call it quits and hit the sack. While brushing my teeth, the progression kept playing through my brain, and for some reason I just started singing the infamous song by Stealer’s Wheel to it; the fit was perfect. I raced back to my studio and laid down the vocals, and those same vocals are the ones you hear on the record. Other news: I am almost done tracking a brand new song and it is has some heavy hitters on it. To say I’m excited is an understatement. Man, man, man… this is going to be a big one. 📷: Honey Trap #yentathealbum #indierock #stealerswheel by @beachtigermusic

A week into the release of my latest full-length album Yenta and I’m having a ball hearing about the different tracks that people are gravitating towards and why. For me, it’s the fun novelty track on the album “Mr. Rock Star”, which is a throwback to 70’s pop rock. Screaming solo on that tune provided by the one and only @micah_nichols. 📷: Honey Trap Mixed by @youngmixing Mastered by @kevinpetersonmastering Drums by @colecollinsmusic Piano tones from the great @xlnaudio #yentathealbum #indie #music #indiemusic #pianorock #poprock #indierock #newmusicfriday #retrorock #guitarsolo #classicrock #eltonjohn #beachtigermusic by @beachtigermusic

NEW full-length album is now worldwide - YAHOO! 🌎 Take her for a spin this Memorial Day weekend 🤘🏼😄 (organized links in my bio - all neat and tidy.) by @beachtigermusic
At midnight “Yenta” will be worldwide. Never in my career have I felt so connected to a piece of material as I do tonight. This album asks the question - what do you desire more? A life of adventure or a life of certainty? My wife and I chose the former and IT. IS. TERRIFYING. (I’ll let you know in a few years if we made the right choice.) We’ve been laboring over this creation for almost a year now and I’m just so damn proud to share it with you all. #yentathealbum 📷: Honey Trap . . . This piece of work wouldn’t be the same without the following: @micah_nichols, @youngmixing, @colecollinsmusic, @johntiger, @kevinpetersonmastering, Cody Bridenbaugh (@sarabridenbaugh), @westonthine, @pantry.bandit, @garrettjwilliams_, the real McCoy @realkylepatrick, and my loving wife @lindseymccleskey by @beachtigermusic
