Three days of intensive training for our new recruits 🎓✨

At Beam Event Staffing Solutions, recruitment is only the beginning. We believe our clients deserve event staff who are properly trained, prepared and equipped to represent them professionally.

Over the three days, our new ushers were trained on professionalism, grooming, communication, guest relations, event etiquette, teamwork and the standards expected of every BESS staff member.

And it didn’t stop at training. 🤍

Each recruit received a copy of our *Ushers Handbook*, a guide they can always revisit as they grow in the profession.

They also completed an Event Staffing Contract Agreement, providing their details, emergency contact information and clearly outlining the professional expectations of working with BESS.

Because we want every recruit to understand that this is more than just showing up at an event.

It’s a profession. It’s a responsibility. It’s a business.
