is from an album I produced for @danielleimara a few years ago, and this is one of a handful of videos i shot for the album. It was a fun, because she got to play dress up, and I literally shot around her. She’s one of those people that can pull a stylish look together out of anything. We didn’t plan this video, but realised we had a free evening, so I made some calls last minute. Luckily @roland_mouret’s studio was virtually across the road from my flat, so within 20 minutes he was showing @danielleimara how to get into some of his more complex gowns. Next we jumped in a cab to Conduit St where @stellamccartney had a shop where we were allowed free rein in the showroom upstairs. On the way back to my flat we dropped into @philiptreacy‘s in Belgravia. It was handy that such genius was also a neighbour. He looked at the garments we already had & gave us an array of hats that added that extra bit of timeless chic to an already killer wardrobe.
Then it was on to my flat off the Kings road where we’d shot all the other videos. Little did I know that’s where - several years later I’d shoot my first film, ‘But What About Me’, & that @danielleimara would create the whole score. No doubt we picked up other supplies on the way home, but that’s a another story about a another life for another day. by @beard_care
