.....don't waste it!!

Life is a moment—gone so fast—so don't waste it!!
That moment holds so many moments within itself; live them and don't waste them!!
There are moments that hurt, that take something from you and feel cruel—but don't waste them!!
They are life lessons, there to show you what truly matters and why every moment is so precious—so don't waste it!!
Nowadays, we take far too little time to reflect and to learn from life's moments—to grow, to recognize what we need, who we are, or where we want to go—so don't waste them!!
Every moment is a part of you, so love everything about it; even the pain shows you love!!
Chillivanilli

I try to teach myself this every day; I’m sure I’ll manage it 100% eventually—but maybe it’s just about being aware of it every single day. Yours, Tobi!!

I think we humans find ourselves in a sort of "train station mode" far too often!
We wait for that one moment, that one train, all the while failing to see the others heading in the exact same direction!
And so we remain stuck in this state of waiting, instead of living and setting off right away!
We’ll reach our destination eventually—but *when* we get there, and what we experience along the way, is entirely up to us!

The weekend’s here - and it’s still rubbish wet weather in Melbourne this weekend 🌧️ So instead of a Saturday Parkrun selfie, it’s pic from sunny Brisbane last week. ☀️🏝️.

C’mon Melbourne, time for some proper spring weather! 🌱🌸😎
