These are what 12 weeks of precise work look like.

I don't do templates. I don't do generic blocks.

I build personalized systems specifically for how your body moves, what it needs, and what it's actually capable of.

Everything I do is customized, adapted and individual.

Every result here came from one thing:

Treating the problem correctly from day one, and adapting every day after.

If you're stuck, injured or just damn curious - comment 'YES'.

I will get back to you personally. Me, Not an AI chatbot. Promise.

Strength is a something you can learn at any age, and after any injury... Here's my story:

I started at 21, 64 kg (141 lb) with nothing but a desire to get strong. I still remember benching 15lb dumbbells and how heavy they felt at the time.

By 25 I was moving some decent weights, but my training was not very smart. I began collecting small injuries that nagged more and more until I got the classic "stop lifting or else" from the doctor.

Naturally I didn't listen, but I was worried about my health.

I began telling myself I’d peaked, and I lived with that narrative, believing it so soundly for YEARS.

At 29 I was able to change the story. I started believing that strength is for everyone who wishes to learn it. That it's actually a skill.

And so I rebuilt it with specificity, technique density, autoregulation, and clean block design. Brick by brick.

Three years later I stood on the podium at Germany’s Strongest Man u90kg, but that was not the end of my story.

Several devastating injuries led me to several surgeries and a long rehabilitation process.

But I ate that too, not with "courage", but with systems. Proper recovery, Proper programming, proper protocols.

Now I coach advanced lifters who feel stuck, demotivated, plateaued or too injured to see progress.

We keep the strength, remove the pain and add skill, without you having to spend hours tweaking your program or figuring out whaat you're doing wrong,

I promise you this - your performance WILL increase, and your pain will not.

Follow me if you're ready to hit the GO button (or if you just want to be inspired to do it).

Love & Strength,
Ari

Same comp, two tears, two different decisions.

The meniscus was torn in two places and fragmented in between, all the way through, and if I wanted to keep lifting heavy it had to be fixed.

The labrum was a partial tear, and labrum surgery is a much bigger operation with a much longer road back, so I bet on building the shoulder around it instead.

Today the shoulder's better than it's ever been, the knee is better than before the surgery but still not perfect, and I've broken every PB I had since. Neither of those calls was the 'brave' one or the 'safe' one, they were just the right ones for what I wanted to keep doing.

Dm me with what you've been told about your injury, I'll send you a voice note on what I'd want to know before deciding either way.

2011 to now. A shoulder that quit on me every few months, a labrum tear at 25 and a doctor telling me to change careers, two years of sprinting, 6 years of strongman, a podium at Germany's Strongest Man on a torn meniscus (and another labrum tear), and three years of rebuilding since.

Still lifting, and finally training the way I should have from the start.

A comeback incoming?

The shoulder/back/knee pain your started experienced probably started a long time before it.

Pain leaves a trail of evidence, and the movements that led to it are the greatest clues.

A video of a top set is the only honest record you have of what happened under load, memory edits the rep the second you rack it. When something flares up months later, the footage usually shows the faulty pattern started long before the pain did, and if you never filmed it you're left guessing.

Save this and film your next top set.

Carlos is an engineer who's been doing strength for 15 years, so he came in knowing more about training than most people I take on, and he still had a pattern nobody had caught in all that time.

Experience doesn't fix a blind spot, it just gets better at hiding it.

Comment "BREAK" and I'll send you a voice note on how I bring a joint from broken to functional.

After 12 years of training like a dumbass, I've rebuilt my own shoulder from scratch instead of operating on it, and well... there's a short list of things I'd do differently if I were starting it over.

The funny thing is, that if I only spent 10 minutes a day doing them I would have been fine, but you don't always get what you need in life - you get what you need.

Comment "SHOULDER" and I'll send you structured test sheet to make sure you don't end up like I did.

Follow for more tips on getting strong without blasting your joints, from a rehab informed 15-year strength coach.

If your low back is the thing that's cooked by set three on deadlift day, it's rarely the low back's fault, it's usually covering for hips that stopped finishing the pull a few sets earlier. So the back takes the extension job on top of its own, every rep, every session, and it feels like normal fatigue right up until the day it doesn't, which is usually a warm-up set on a bad night's sleep.

I had to recondition my own deadlift after deadlifting almost 700lb with a faulty hinge. So yeah, it sucks. I know.

Fixing your hinge usually fixes the issue though, particularly at end ranges.

I'm not interested in running someone through a generic block for three months and calling it coaching. What Limit Breaker asks of you goes past the program, into how you train, eat, sleep and handle setbacks, and most people honestly shouldn't apply for that reason alone.

If that sounds like exactly what you've been missing, DM me "LFG".

Fifteen years of coaching people who train hard and hurt somewhere, and these are the positions I've stopped even negotiating on.

A few of them used to be unpopular in rooms full of genpop physios, a few of them might get me shot in rooms full of strength coaches, and I'm fine with both, because they keep holding up on actual clients with actual numbers.

Comment the one you'd fight me on or the ones you'd agree with me on, I'll answer every serious one. by @beardedperformance

Probably the worst training advice I've seen floating around this year, and while I know most people with and IQ over 27 will notice this irresponsibility and point it out, I wanted to take a moment and break down every thing I find terrible about this.

Send me the worst advice you've ever been given, I need material for part 2.
