Happy birthday to my one and only, to my adventure buddy, to my "never done this before" partner, to my rock and my lighthouse and the power that moves my tides, and to THE one. Happy birthday Hannah! May you never tire of not being a "hiking girly", but one that likes to take slightly more difficult walks through beautiful new spaces with me. I am forever grateful to call you my love. 🦭💕🧜🏼‍♀️ by @beardofiron

Trainer Tip Tuesday 💡

Want a stronger back and better posture? Master your dumbbell row. Control the weight, squeeze at the top, and keep your form clean. Don’t just lift—train with intention!

Happy birthday to you @hanrose_91 ! May this year be as good to you and full of smiles as you always are with me! I'm over the moon excited to spend forever together with you, I wouldn't choose any other penguin. by @beardofiron

I've known from probably the first time we sat together by the sea that I wanted to explore the world with you. You have been my rock and lighthouse on the shoreline through storms and sunny weather. What other way could I have asked you @hanrose_91 to marry me? by @beardofiron

Happy Chrismukkah to one and to all from this rotund snowman and his favorite penguin! 🐧 🎄⛄ by @beardofiron

To the girl who always has my back and my best interests at heart, to the girl who brings me up and shines her light in the dark, my lighthouse on the highest rock, I couldn't do it without you. Life is better knowing no matter what color the clouds are that there is a blue sky behind them, just as you are for me. by @beardofiron

Well the scores are in, I guess we can teach ourselves the rules, and she won 😅

So I went apple picking with this mermaid, don't ask me how she managed it, but it was my first time. 10/10 would recommend not waiting your whole life in New England to pick fresh apples by @beardofiron

So happy. Couldnt have imagined a better "25th" birthday weekend for you 😉 by @beardofiron
