Bear spots a natural funnel where rainwater can collect and stay protected from the sun. Digging into the shaded ground, he finds damp sand and squeezes it to extract small amounts of trapped moisture.

It isn’t much, but in extreme heat, even a little water can matter.

The key is reading the landscape. Low ground, shade, vegetation, and damp soil can all reveal where water may be hiding.

It may look small, but that’s the point. A tight shelter keeps the warmth in.

With freezing temperatures at night, I covered it with layers of leaves from bottom to top to trap heat. Inside, more leaves make a simple bed.

It ends up like a small nest, compact, warm, and surprisingly comfortable.

A beautiful pearl hidden inside an oyster, and a gift he can’t wait to take home to his wife. For @beargrylls, it wasn’t about its value, but the memory behind it.

Sometimes, the greatest treasures aren’t the ones you search for. They’re the ones you stumble upon when you’re least expecting them.

“The world needs peacemakers, not just peacekeepers.” 🌍

In a powerful conversation with @beargrylls, Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa reflects on leadership, peace, and the responsibility of building a better future for the next generation.

Because true leadership isn’t about winning the next election. It’s about creating a legacy that gives the generations after us a better world to live in.

The real question is, what kind of world will we leave behind?

Out in the wild, finding food is a game of patience, timing, and making the most of what nature offers.

@beargrylls shows why fishing can be a valuable survival skill, turning a few hours by the river into a much-needed meal. From tiny minnows to a decent-sized trout, every catch can mean more energy to keep going.

When survival is the goal, every catch counts.
