There’s a special kind of joy every artist knows — seeing your work hanging in someone else’s home. That moment when a piece you created in your own quiet studio becomes part of someone else’s life.

Happy Monday! 💖

Two little ones, 30 x 30 cm each, and both are bursting with color. One glows in red, green and gold, the other in sunny orange and pink, with the words „All You Need Is Love“ hiding in bold stencil letters and golden handwriting. The edges are painted in deep indigo.

Inspired by the Beatles, and honestly, still true. 💛

Which one would you start your week with? 🧡

Life Is On Your Side — 60 x 60 cm

Step back, look, step in again, — layers of soft color, then charcoal lines pulled through to sharpen what wanted to be seen. Sometimes the smallest mark changes everything.

When is a piece finished?

It’s the old question. Sometimes a painting feels done the moment I put the brush down. Sometimes it sits in the studio for a year, watching me — until one day I pick up the brush again and paint right over it.

Maybe „finished“ is just a pause. The work keeps living, even after I’ve signed it.
