1. Protesting can be hot, cold, wet, and long. Always bring extra layers (I recommend a Beastly Cozy Wrap), a hat, hand warmers, and a raincoat/poncho. 🥶
2. Get Out the Vote efforts require comfortable shoes. I’m an Adidas Spezial, Birks, or Sorel girl. All are cute and will keep you out there in the sun, rain, or snow making a difference. 🌧️☀️❄️
3. I love a good pro-Democracy tee paired with jeans or a Beastly wrap skirt! So many adorable ones on Etsy.
4. Just because our constitution is being shredded on a daily basis and the people in power are enriching themselves while the average American suffers, does not mean we can give in to the doom and gloom. We need to push back with color, joy, and hope TOGETHER! 🩷
5. Vote early and celebrate! The best outfit is the I-just-took-my-ballot-to-the-county-clerk outfit. Time to treat yourself for a job well done! 💃🏼

It’s gonna take ALL OF US to get our country back on track. ⚡️ We need to send postcards to Dems who usually don’t vote in the midterms. I just brought my absentee ballot to the clerk’s office! Voting done and it feels so so good! 😁 I highly recommend voting early and if possible, dropping off your ballot in person, just in case there are any “irregularities” with USPS this year. 🙄 Need info re your voter registration, absentee/early voting in your state, and candidates?
