. . . . 🎥 @ruyacskn #usa #wingate #homesick #cycling #vanrysel #love by @beatebula

These past few days at the Latvian National Championships have been tough and challenging—from my first Olympic distance on Sunday, to the TT on Wednesday, and the group race on Thursday. Starting with the Olympic distance: it was demanding but I felt strong, ready, and truly enjoyed racing. I’m proud to have finished 1st among women—a special moment in my triathlon journey. The TT was solid. I felt like I could’ve done more after crossing the line, but the next day’s group race showed I had already given a lot. I placed 4th overall in Elite and 2nd in U23 (no medal, as it was a combined category). In the group race, I finished 14th overall and 3rd in U23—this time with a medal. Even if the result wasn’t what I hoped for, I know I gave it everything I had in that moment. Grateful for the experience, the lessons, and the fight. Also, huge thanks to @decathlonlatvia for the training gear—performing well starts with training well. Grateful for the support! by @beatebula
Īpašs paldies maniem draugiem – man jau tagad pietrūkst. Esmu gatava tam. Un visiem, kuri šogad beidz vienu posmu un sper soli nākotnē – priecīgu izlaidumu! Mēs to izdarījām. by @beatebula
First European Cup of the season – Wels 🇦🇹 It’s been a season of change with my final year of school, and at times, training had to take a back seat. While I was hoping for a stronger result, I’m grateful and proud to have finished my first international race of the season. The swim went well—I came out of the water in 3rd/4th position (tied time)—and I managed to stay with the front group on the bike. The course was super technical with lots of turns, which made it quite demanding and left me feeling a bit drained heading into the run. At that point, I wasn’t able to push to my full potential, and some side stitches on the second lap made it even tougher. Even though I’m not fully satisfied with my performance, I understand where I’m at right now. This race is just the beginning, and I’m taking it as motivation for what’s ahead. Grateful for the experience and ready to keep building. . . . . #triathlon #swimbikerun #europeantriathlon #europeantriathloncup #triathlete #triathlonrace #triathlonlife by @beatebula
First time racing a 10K – at the Rimi Riga Marathon! Although the weather wasn’t ideal this year overall, it turned out to be quite good for racing. The course was fast and really enjoyable. My goal was to finish around 42 minutes, but I surprised myself with a new PB – 41:36! So proud of this achievement and how far I’ve come! Huge thanks to @decathlon_latvia for the bright and comfy gear – feeling good definitely helps you run faster! . . . #decathlon #decathlon_latvija #rimirigamarathon #run #runner #running #runrace #kiprun #rīga #10krace #10krun by @beatebula
