Giugno è stato, senza dubbio, il mese più impegnativo che abbia vissuto fino ad oggi. Un mese in cui ho perso completamente il conto dei voli presi. Si è aperto in Spagna, è proseguito in Belgio, poi Italia, Francia e infine la mia terra natale, nel Sud Italia. Un mese fatto di viaggi, persone, riunioni e grandi emozioni. Un mese che ha visto tre organizzatori realizzare le nostre semifinali internazionali di The Queens Night. A loro va tutta la mia gratitudine, perché grazie al loro lavoro questo progetto continua a crescere e a raggiungere nuovi Paesi. Nel frattempo, però, non c’era solo The Queens Night. C’era anche Nineteen. Abbiamo lavorato senza sosta ai progetti futuri, alla nuova linea di pigmenti minerali che vedrà la luce alla fine dell’anno, ai contenuti, alla nostra visione e a tutto quello che vogliamo costruire nei prossimi anni. È un brand che, in poco tempo, sta crescendo sempre di più e richiede ogni giorno nuove idee, nuove energie e una presenza costante. Eppure, in mezzo a tutto questo, mi sono fermata. Ho sentito il bisogno di respirare piano. Di famiglia. Perché c’è una cosa sola che riesce sempre a riportarmi in equilibrio. La mia famiglia. Quel momento in cui respiri lentamente. In cui ti senti a casa. In cui non devi essere sempre perfetta, sempre elegante, sempre sul pezzo o dire la cosa giusta. Puoi semplicemente essere te stessa. Ed è proprio lì che ritrovo l’energia. L’energia che alimenta la mia ambizione, che mi fa tornare con nuove idee, nuovi progetti e ancora più voglia di costruire qualcosa di grande. Alla fine credo che la vita sia proprio questo. Lavoro. Tempo per sé. Famiglia. Tre parti diverse che, quando riescono a convivere, ti fanno sentire davvero completa. Questo giugno le ha racchiuse tutte. È stato così intenso che sto pubblicando questo post quasi a metà luglio. Ma non potevo non farlo. Per ringraziare la vita. La mia famiglia. I miei tre organizzatori. Il team di The Queens Night. Few days have passed since the end of @thequeens_night_romania 🇷🇴, the second edition of this incredible semifinal in a country filled with talent, energy, and determination. My very first thank you must go to all the people who take part in our semifinals around the world, because without you, The Queens Night would never have become a global event. And I will never, ever forget that you are the first people I should thank. Right after that, but no less importantly, a special thank you to @andreea.burlacu_spmu , my organizer, who successfully brought this event to life for the second year in a row. This time, she did it while expecting a baby. 👶🏻🩷 Words are simply not enough to describe the strength, energy, and determination she showed in making this event happen. Only those who organize events truly understand how demanding this job is, and even more so for a pregnant woman. I am truly honored to work with you. You are proof that when women set their minds on something, there is nothing that can stop them. Be proud of yourself, because what you managed to accomplish under these circumstances makes your achievement even more extraordinary. A heartfelt thank you also to @dalilarush_ for explaining @nineteen_pigments 💜with such passion and expertise , inspiring the girls in Romania even more. I told you this on stage, and I’ll say it again: you delivered it in a way that only a true professional can. Thank you to @motherofstrokes for becoming such an important presence in all of my semifinals around the world, always supporting our organizers with professionalism and dedication. Thank you to @lorena_ella_gliga for presenting our awards to the competitors on the semifinal stage. And a warm welcome to all of our new semifinalists. I can’t wait to see you at the International Final. And above all, thank you to every single person working behind the scenes who made this event possible. Because every great event may shine on stage, but it comes to life thanks to the people who work tirelessly away from the spotlight. When I founded The Queens Night in Italy a few years ago, I already had the vision of making it international. But seeing all of this becoming reality is something you never truly get used to. The emotion of watching your own project come to life all around the world is something I honestly cannot fully put into words. The gratitude I feel toward every person who has embraced this project is immense. Only those who organize events truly know how many sacrifices happen behind the scenes, how much work, effort, and faith it takes to build an international event based on rules, shared standards, and a common vision. But then you look at the result, and you realize it is all worth it. Today, my gratitude goes to our organizers in Germany @amaya_beauty_berlin_ @nkbeautyboxberlin , who opened the doors to the very first international semifinal of The Queens Night in Berlin. Thank you with all my heart. ❤️❤️❤️ We now have our very first international semifinalists, and it is an incredible emotion. A special thank you also goes to those who supported me and supported @nineteen_pigments as well. Thank you for giving our brand the opportunity to arrive in Germany, to be recognized, and appreciated by the German audience too. It is incredible to see how much events can give to people. Social media has its value, of course, but meeting in person, connecting, and truly getting to know each other is something completely different. Questo primo reel della semifinale internazionale italiana abbiamo deciso che lo pubblicherò io, perché in fondo tutto è partito da qui. Da un evento che, inizialmente, doveva essere solo ed esclusivamente nazionale. Un evento che ho cucito su misura nella mia mente fin dal primo giorno, sapendo che un giorno avrebbe superato i confini dell’Italia. Oggi quello che era un evento è diventato una semifinale internazionale, perché The Queens Night è ormai presente in tutto il mondo. Una semifinale che quest’anno ho deciso di affidare a una persona che stimo profondamente e per la quale nutro anche un grande affetto. Una persona che, in soli tre mesi, è riuscita a riempire un evento e, nonostante i mille impegni, a condurlo in maniera impeccabile. Una persona che ha visto nascere questo progetto e che conosce tutti i retroscena. Una persona che ci ha messo il cuore. E con il cuore si riesce ad arrivare ovunque.
