Notable Men is very proud to showcase Beau Fodor, who serves as Chief Creative Officer and Founder of Panached, a special event company focused on sustainable farm-to-table dinners and special events catering. He founded the company in 2002 after moving to Iowa in 1999 and while hosting his first farm dinner in his barn on a century farm, in central Iowa, which led to appearances on Iowa Public Television as well as local network morning news shows.
Then in 2010 was given a tentative reality TV show, highlighting marriage equality and inclusion, due to the Iowa Supreme Court’s legalizing of gay marriage in Iowa. His wedding planning brought over 150 couples and their families from around the world, that wanted to be married in America’s Heartland.
Prior to this, Fodor grew up in New Jersey, modeled professionally, and in his 30’s, worked doing visual display and merchandizing for Ralph Lauren as well as then doing skincare and makeup for La Prairie, Christian Dior and Chanel.
He also spent time in the Navy as a hospital corpsman in the 80’s at Balboa Hospital in San Diego and attended East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania for a degree in speech and communications without completing his bachelor’s.

Fodor is based in Johnston, Iowa, and is dedicated to fundraising for nonprofits, having volunteered for many 501(c)(3) organizations throughout Iowa. He has also provided HIV intervention and educational programming throughout the Midwest.
His work emphasizes inclusion, bringing together diverse groups, offering them a place at the table, and creating memorable & and truly unforgettable outdoor experiences throughout the Midwest.
