I first met Carlos back in 2011 when we were competitors on opposite sides of Connaught Street. His full-on style was…. terrifying, and I did my absolute best to avoid him! But thankfully I failed and our friendship was of course inevitable. Fast forward to today and not only is Carlos one of my best friends, he’s also my colleague at @harrislebeau. Impossible to ignore, bursting with energy, and already exchanged on his first deal in just a few days! Lil C you truly are a force of nature and I’m so excited for this next chapter 🚀🔥Xx @westendagent by @beaulejoe

Not bad for July! Usually a quiet month but a good amount of activity here at @harrislebeau Let’s hope the Bank of England’s decision to cut the base rate of interest to 5% spurs the market on further. by @beaulejoe

If you know Highgate, you might recognise this rather unique house. Known locally as “The Blue House” for rather obvious reasons. We’re delighted to have agreed the sale following multiple offers. Asking price:£3,250,000. @harrislebeau by @beaulejoe
