I love watermelon! 🍉 I eat it year-round! it’s been 100° this week where I live so it’s still summer and I love the long days!
It’s always fun to pull out NBU ( Never Before Used) stamps sets for these challenges. I made this for the Food and Drink challenge for the SimonSaysStamp Instagram August Card Challenge and also the SSS Wednesday Circular challenge.

Belated Birthday Wishes: Mr. Snail 🐌 and I are late to the party, but at least we didn’t miss it all together.!

I made this for the July Simon Says Stamp Instagram challenge: Cute Critters

#sssigchallenge
#ssswchallenge

I ink blended the grass and balloons for greater dimension and put Glossy Accents on the balloons for shine. I added clear glitter to the birthday hat and I used fun pattern paper to indicate a setting sun on a birthday party.

Many Easter blessings to you! Feeling 😕 that I missed the #sssigchallenge monochromatic challenge deadline by just a few hours!!!!. It didn’t help that my 🐇bunny stamp hid from me for days until I finally found him stuck on a pack of Vellum that I had put away on the shelf. I think I spent more time looking for him than I did on the card. 🙃

It was fun to go through my stash to find things to use to make a monochromatic pink card and it was also quite the challenge for me! I so wanted to cheat and add some blue and green to the background but polka dots it is!!! 😂

Welcome to the Sharing Winter All Year Card Hop Challenge ❄️Hosted by [@thatcraftygolden].

We are thrilled to announce this month’s theme: Frosty’s Peppermint Wonderland! ☃️🍬

Think cool blues, candy canes, peppermint swirls, and frosty fun! If this theme has sparked your creativity, we’d love for you to join along.

I turned this into a shaker card so I could enter the #SSSIGChallenge Shaker challenge this month. It’s also an interactive card for the #ssswchallenge this week.

It felt good to mostly use products from my stash that I’ve never used before! I have never personally designed a shaker card before! Fun!

Simon Says Stamps:
Embossing Folder Arched Forest
Love EZ Strips
Memory Box Cordial Snowman
La La Land Winter Forest Patterned Paper
Pretty Pink Posh : Snow Dies , Wintry Mix Shakers

This cute guy 🫎 is frolicking in the new snowstorm. ❄️.

This is my first attempt at mixed media and what a shiny, gooey, fun experience. The background is much more sparkly in person. I also dug out two NBU embossing folders to make the snow “pop” for the Simon Says Instagram challenge this month. What great texture they added!

I also played with the colors in The Inspired By Challenge and Sharing Winterallyear26 Challenge is spot on.

Embossing Folders:
SU Softly Falling (retired)
Cuttlebug Swirls (retired)

Media Bling:

Distress Spritz - Tumbled glass, prize, ribbon, faded jeans

My first puzzle in decades! First 1,000 piece puzzle by myself. I won’t tell you how long it took me, but I did it with no numbers on the back. 😁
