I started braiding at 7 years Old. Learned on a barbie manikin and my Aunt Arlene. Started making $5 on my childhood friends. At 16 I started working in With these Hands, then Charm City salon in charm city odenton. Opened a shop 2014 BEAUTIFUL BRAIDS BY TONIA closed went got natural hair license then went back for my Instructor license, Instructor Tonia Coley of natural hair and braiding. now Im creating Avant-garde headpieces, doing shows, shoots, etc More to come by @beautifulbraids2014

Show day was yesterday I was the bts coordinator of hair and makeup. Some ppl backed out, So yall know i called up my girl/sis Sam to come tag team with me. This is a very fast paced show so hair me, mua Sam. So thankful to Mrs. Sofia for allowing me to work bts. Great to meet and work with new ppl. Saturday in New York city, I stayed on Broadway the hotel was Beautiful a king size fit for a queen. I took in the sites I stayed a block away from the World Trade Center. I drove over a few bridges alone, im afraid of heights lol not as much. Show was Sunday I was bts coordinator. more ti come plus the whole video of the room lol by @beautifulbraids2014
