The world would be a better place if people ran to God for answers just as quickly as they run to AI.AI can give information.God gives wisdom.AI can generate ideas.God gives purpose.AI can answer questions.God transforms hearts.The gym has taught me that too. Every rep humbles me. Every challenge reminds me I can’t do this life on my own. It’s one of the places where I hear God the clearest; not because the weights speak, but because the distractions get quieter. Discipline becomes worship, pain becomes growth, and every workout is another reminder that He’s strengthening more than just my body.Train your body. Feed your spirit. Seek God first. The gym builds the body, but God’s Word builds the soul. Today, I’m chasing both.Jeremiah 17:5–10 reminds us that where we place our trust determines how we stand when life gets hard. Trusting only in human strength eventually leaves us empty, but trusting in God makes us like a tree planted by water—steady, rooted, and able to keep producing fruit even in seasons of drought.It also reminds us that the heart can be deceptive. We don’t always understand our own motives, but God does. He searches our hearts, knows our intentions, and shapes us into who He created us to be.5 This is what the Lord says:“Cursed are those who put their trust in mere humans, who rely on human strength and turn their hearts away from the Lord.6 They are like stunted shrubs in the desert, with no hope for the future.They will live in the barren wilderness, in an uninhabited salty land.7 “But blessed are those who trust in the Lord and have made the Lord their hope and confidence.8 They are like trees planted along a riverbank, with roots that reach deep into the water.Such trees are not bothered by the heat or worried by long months of drought.Their leaves stay green, and they never stop producing fruit.9 “The human heart is the most deceitful of all things, and desperately wicked. Who really knows how bad it is?10 But I, the Lord, search all hearts and examine secret motives.I give all people their due rewards, according to what their actions deserve.” by @beautifulmusse

Lazy leg day? Yeah. But I still went. Self-control OVER excuses.Every day won’t feel strong, but God didn’t call me to move by feelings.He called me to discipline. So even on the lazy days, I show up because consistency is worship too.Self-control is fruit. Show up anyway. by @beautifulmusse

I don’t work out for male validation. I work out because self-control is sexier than attention.Working out taught me that confidence isn’t promiscuity.It’s stewardship.It’s honoring the body God gave me.Attention fades. Discipline transforms.And the fruit of the Spirit looks better on me than approval ever did. by @beautifulmusse
