Being in our early 20s, we often hear, “I thought I’d want someone with more experience.” And we get it….But what people don’t always see are the hours behind the chair.

The days we’re supposed to have off but spend learning new skills, perfecting techniques, attending business meetings, researching, and testing new methods on each other. The countless conversations about how we can improve, grow, and give our clients an even better experience.

We’re constantly investing in ourselves, our education, and our business. Not just because we want to be successful, but because we genuinely care about being the BEST at what we do.

We may be young, but our passion, work ethic, and dedication are something we take seriously.

This isn’t just a job we can clock in and out of, a 9-5 if you will….this is our passion, our future, and something we’re building together from the ground up.
