Trapped Ingrown Hair Explained ⬇️

Ingrowns form when hair curls back or gets stuck under the skin, often from:

• improper hair removal
• dull blades
• friction
• lack of exfoliation

Prevention is key, so…

✔️ exfoliate regularly
✔️ moisturise daily
✔️ drink 2-3 litres of water daily
✔️ shave/tweeze/apply wax in direction of hair growth
✔️ remove wax against hair growth
✔️ use sharp, clean blades
✔️ don’t pick or dig book a vajacial or extraction
