One MAJOR change I’ve experienced recently is my body’s shift - hormone fluctuations anyone? Menopause 🙋🏾‍♀️ Change is inevitable. Practice self-care, adjust, and evolve. So I’m putting in a little extra effort to get things back to how I like it.

These are 4 exercises always in my rotation to lean out my upper body. It can be done with weights or bands, no gym required. 4 sets x 15ea lightweight (5-10lbs).

And remember if you’re feeling stuck, you’re only stuck if you don’t do something to change it. XO
