As if one change wasn’t enough! I do love having long hair, and it was perfect to have styled for my wedding, but I did not want to have to take care of that much hair on my honeymoon. 💇‍♀️

Stress relief is not a luxury. It’s part of taking care of your health.

We talk about eating healthy, exercising, and getting enough sleep… but what about managing our stress?

As women, we often carry so much — work, family, responsibilities, expectations, and the pressure to keep everything together. Sometimes, we put ourselves last and wonder why we feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from ourselves.

But here’s your reminder: you can’t pour from an empty cup.

Stress management deserves a place alongside nutrition, movement, and sleep because chronic stress can affect our mood, energy, sleep quality, and overall health.

Taking a walk, practicing deep breathing, setting boundaries, spending time in nature, or simply allowing yourself to rest are not signs of weakness. They’re ways of caring for yourself.

You don’t have to earn your rest. You deserve it.
