Wonderful way to start our day off here at home with this energizing jungle juice.

We have been having so much fun with our new punch bowl.

Lemon juice complimented the peach and strawberry apricot redbulls so nicely. Cinnamon made the brew easy on the stomach and added a sweet kick.

Will do again! Love layering with rum🤘🌴🧡🤍❤️🧡🌴🤘 by @beaux.tropicales

🌴Benihana Punch Batch Base-OJ,Pineapple, Myers Platinum, Peach Brandy, Strawberry Liquor, & Grenadine🧡🩷❤️

When high-volume prep meets tropical mixology. 🌴🧪

If you want to survive a Friday night shift behind a high-volume bar, batching isn’t just a convenience—it’s fluid dynamics and survival strategy.
Behind the bar at benihana, our tropical builds move FAST. Batching our core juice and syrup bases ahead of time ensures two critical things:
1. Consistency: Every guest gets the exact same acid-to-sugar balance, whether it’s ticket #1 or ticket #100.
2. Speed & Dilution Control: When your base is pre-blended and chilled, you spend less time measuring six individual modifiers during service, allowing you to focus on proper flash-chilling and visual presentation.
In classical tiki history, Don the Beachcomber kept his secret “mixes” batched in unlabelled bottles so no one could steal his specs. In modern corporate mixology, we batch for raw output and precision speed. Same mechanics, different stage. 🍹⚡
What’s your go-to trick for keeping cocktails balanced when batching in big quantities? Drop it below! 👇

Daq Off July 19th @theinfernoroom . First time in an authentic tiki bar. Met up with a good friend @railfanppk - seeing this made my experience all the more on par.

Had my first Zombie. Amazing what one of these guys can do for the spirit👆

Will definitely be back for more Tiki fun- loved the rum mixo trivia

Christmas in July never felt so right 🎄🌴🎄🌴🎄🌴

My 1st Blue Ocean Punch Bowl-
Fun to batch
Huge crowd pleaser.

The Build: It relies on a base of Malibu Coconut Rum and Vodka (paired with our Benihana Sake to up the ABV cleanly), mixed with Pineapple Juice and heavy splashes of Blue Curaçao.

Update-
Things are looking up! by @beaux.tropicales

My Favorite at Benihana- A energizing punch made from coconut rum with tequila, yuzu, pineapple, passion fruit puree, and of course topped with a Tropical Red Bull!

I am going to try to make this go getter more popular.

Stop by your nearest Benihana and get your wings haha! by @beaux.tropicales
