No mantel no problem! Here’s a throw back at last year’s holiday mantel. I’ve been doing this for years for the holiday season to add more magic to this space. ✨

How to:

1. Measure your fireplace & make sure your branch is cut down to the size you want. Mark where you want it on the mantel⠀
⠀
2. Attach eye screws to your branch & use heavy duty wire to hang (I used my left over art wire here). Make sure it matches up with where you’re hanging it on the fireplace. (I put in 2 screws on the fireplace to hang it from, if you have a smooth fireplace you can use heavy duty command hooks! The heavier your garlands the more command hooks you’ll need) I used 2 cedar and 4 mixed greens garlands here with a few Norfolk stems to fill it out to make it look lush and full!
⠀
3. Using soft wire or zip ties, attach your garlands to the branch. Fill in needed spots with smaller stems. Adjust and fluff along the way to get the look you want. ⠀
⠀
4. Attach nails to your branch where needed to hang your stockings or anything else you want hung below, you can also just use wire/zip ties to hang them to the branch underneath the garland also⠀

Happy Sunday friends! The dandelions I made for my nieces fairy birthday party turned out so cute!! We paired them with some larger flowers from Amazon and they loved it! Being a mama of only boys who don’t care for all the girly stuff, this is always fun for me to do for my girls who love all things sparkly and pink.

I found out that my nieces are having a fairy themed birthday party, and it gave me the perfect excuse to make this giant dandelion diy (that I saw @funsized.life_ did a few months ago) for their party! They’re so pretty, fun, and easy to make! You can shop the supplies I used on my LTK.

*You’ll need at least 26ft of tinsel garland for 300 kabob sticks per dandelion. You can also use more, one of mine have about 350 sticks!
