You’re at the tailgate… which Beer Brat are you grabbing FIRST?! 🔥 I love a good beer brat, but these absolutely blew away my expectations. 🍺🌭🔥 I set up the grill for direct heat and preheated a skillet. Add some beef tallow, sliced Vidalia onions, green peppers, beer, bratwurst, and a little all-purpose garlic pepper seasoning. Let that beer work its magic and steam those brats until they hit about 155°F internal. Then it’s time for the heat! Move the brats directly over the grates and grill, flipping until you get that perfect color and an internal temperature of 160°F.
