It’s giving discipline. It’s giving love of self. It’s giving betting on me energy.

This chapter of my life started February 2021 during the pandemic - Not one health scare at all just self reflection.
I woke up one morning in January and scrolled pass an image I had taken recently… Let’s just say I didn’t like the version of me I was looking at, but I knew exactly who to connect with. These beautiful beings changed my life: @stillyou.again @missether and @cory_corepower via workout videos at home + self accountability & motivation conversations - I love and appreciate “All Tree of Y’all” dearly! I went from 230 to 175 pounds (currently) with more improvements to enhance my mind, body, and spirit. Big Ups to therapy, meditation, journaling, traveling, a bomb friend/family circle, and MANY conversations with GOD kept me grounded.

This has truly been an incredible journey, and I am loving EVERY version of ME from my past to my present self.

I just wanted to motivate my people who are putting that work in daily cause this shit ain’t easy, but them Results Be Resulting, BayBee!!!😝
