Get a little taste of “The Fruits of our Trees” 🍇So I finally managed to create a trailer/little after movie to this beautiful evening we created together ♥️I want to thank you @_killari777_ @bebiboichronicles for your trust in all this and for bringing the fruits to life, for creating them with me🫂❤️I thank each and every person that was involved in this journey @the__schmidt_ @monafrvr @celineceleesi @reginarossi.official @k3.tanzplan.hamburg - we wouldn’t have been able to walk this path if it wasn’t for you ♥️Thank you @missy.b._ @jadedoralive and everyone else we can’t hear in this little trailer right now for lending us your thoughts and voices 🫂❤️The Fruits of our Trees creates a space full of potential for intimacy. The audience enters this space, which resembles another universe: Time seems to move differently, one’s own body feels strange at first and at the same time safe – because this space belongs to those who have created it. Together with her performers, Sahra Abbassi searches for intimacy and its potential in self-determined spaces created by BIPoC FLINTA persons. How do people tell each other stories, listen to each other, hold each other, sing and dance together – and how does the performer stay with herself at the same time? We want to warmly warmly invite you to witness: “The Fruits of our Trees” | Performed on 22. & 23.6. @k3.tanzplan.hamburg 🍇The Fruits of our Trees schafft einen Raum voller Potential für Intimität. Zuschauende begeben sich in diesen Raum, der einem anderen Universum gleicht: die Zeit scheint sich anders zu bewegen, der eigene Körper fühlt sich dort zunächst fremd und gleichzeitig geborgen – denn dieser Raum gehört denen, die ihn geschaffen haben. Zusammen mit ihren Performer*innen Isidora Soto Frias & Odi Zodehougan sucht Sahra Abbassi nach Intimität und deren Potential in selbstbestimmten, von BIPoC FLINTA-Personen geschaffenen Räumen. Wie werden einander Geschichten erzählt, wie wird sich zugehört, sich gegenseitig gehalten, miteinander gesungen und getanzt – und wie bleibt die Performer*in gleichzeitig bei sich? In the future I would like to get more into assisting and conceptualizing shoots and projects of this kind. Where I can more so create an effect with hair, rather then only focusing on installing wigs for the day-to-day use.
