I never thought I’d be here again. I truly believed I was done with this industry.

The constant hustle, hustle, hustle burned me out. We were taught that if we weren’t grinding 24/7, we wouldn’t make it. I led an incredible team, but deep down, I knew they felt the same exhaustion I did 😢

So, I stepped back. I still loved the products, still cherished the friendships but I had to ask myself:

“𝐼𝑠 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑠 ℎ𝑜𝑤 𝐼 𝑤𝑎𝑛𝑡 𝑡𝑜 𝑏𝑢𝑖𝑙𝑑 𝑎 𝑏𝑢𝑠𝑖𝑛𝑒𝑠𝑠? 𝐼𝑠 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑘𝑖𝑛𝑑 𝑜𝑓 𝑙𝑒𝑎𝑑𝑒𝑟 𝐼 𝑤𝑎𝑛𝑡 𝑡𝑜 𝑏𝑒?”

The answer was a 𝐁𝐈𝐆, 𝐅𝐀𝐓 𝐍𝐎.

For years, I convinced myself that my chapter in this industry was closed. I was that damaged 🥺

But then...

💡 I received a message. A message I wasn’t expecting.
A message that made my ears perk up and my heart beat faster.

This wasn’t just another opportunity… it was exactly what I had been searching for but never thought existed.

⚡ Automation & attraction marketing… no chasing, no burnout.
⚡ Proven systems in place… a business that runs smarter, not harder.
⚡ Led by powerhouse women who actually inspire.
⚡ And the best part? It’s GROUND FLOOR.

I met with the Australian General Manager, I researched the products, I picked apart the compensation plan… I looked for a red flags 🚩

🚨 But guess what? There were none.

And that’s when I made the decision.. 𝐈’𝐦 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤.

When I first joined this industry, the company had already been in Australia for 7 years. I was working full-time, studying my Bachelor of Applied Social Science and going through IVF.

Yet in 𝟔 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬, I matched my fulltime corporate income, 𝟏𝟐 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬, I doubled it, earned the Mercedes bonus and multiple holidays.

People told me, - “Oh Bec, you joined at the right time!”

Well, let me tell you this...

This company has only been in Australia for 4 months.
Can you imagine what I can achieve now?
And more importantly… can you imagine what 𝐘𝐎𝐔 could achieve too?

So here I go!!! I’ve wanted to post this picture for so long but I’ve been terrified for what people could say but I’m so over worrying what other people think. I’m sharing it being raw and vulnerable ❤️

This photo here means so much to me. It was actually the last time I was in my full power. That I was brave, fearless and unstoppable. I felt incredible and on top of the world. I think to there is something also pretty magical about a woman being pregnant.

When I look at this photo I see a woman that is confident, sexy, strong, creative, beautiful, smart and a true goddess.

For so long I’ve felt tired of feeling small and letting others control my life. So, I’ve decided enough is enough it is time to take back my power!

Now, I’m working on being fearless, unstoppable, and know my worth. I’m not afraid to speak my mind, pursue my dreams, or stand up for what I believe in. I’ve learned that the only person who can hold me back is myself.

I can tell you, this journey hasn’t come easy, it’s been incredibly hard but I’ve realized that I’m capable of far more than I’ve ever thought possible. I’m now ready to live a life full of passion and purpose, and nothing can stop me!

So, to all the women out there who have lost their power, remember that you are worthy and capable of greatness. It's never too late to get your power back and live the life you've always dreamed of. Be fearless, be unstoppable, and know your worth!💪🔥

Comparison is the thief of joy. And I’ve caught myself in it lately.

Life’s been a little crazy, and honestly, I’ve been feeling all the feels.

Then I open Facebook and it looks like everyone has their shit together. Business is booming. They’re posting five or six times a day, and I’m wondering what I could even post three or four times this week.

And there it is. Comparison.

Maybe you’ve looked at starting an online business and done the same thing. Watched someone else and thought, “I couldn’t do what she does. That’s just not me.”

But who said you had to be her?

This is what I teach my team: show up as YOU. Talk how you actually talk. Share things you care about. You decide how often you post.

Don’t post just to fucking post because you feel like you have to keep up with someone else.

I believe in consistency. I also believe you can find your own rhythm and build the skills without changing who you are.

Sometimes I need that reminder too.

Isn’t it crazy how quickly time flies? 🥹

Looking back at this photo, it feels like yesterday. Then I look at how much the kids have grown.

It reminds me why I started my business in the first place.

I wanted to take some of the financial pressure off Darren. To contribute to our family financially and still be home raising our babies.

And I’m so grateful that’s what this business allowed me to do.

There was work behind it, plenty of learning and moments of doubt. But being able to earn an income around my family made it worth it.

Looking at this photo now, I’m grateful I said yes before I had it all figured out.

Because I couldn’t slow down the years, but I got to be there for them. ❤️ by @bec_blaney

Ran a Reset & Refocus call with the team tonight 🥰

Sometimes life gets busy, you have a few knockbacks and you lose sight of why you started. Tonight was about reconnecting with that reason, getting clear on what we want and deciding what we’re willing to do for it.

For me, so much of that comes back to my family. I want Layla to see that even when things don’t go to plan, you can reset, refocus and keep going.

As a parent, it is my duty to show my kids what it looks like to back yourself, work for what matters and keep going when things get hard. I can tell them they are capable of big things, but I need to show them through my own actions too. by @bec_blaney

Interest rates, the cost of living… there’s so much happening around us that we simply can’t control.

But we CAN control the choices we make and what we create for ourselves. And that’s something I’m incredibly passionate about helping others doing too.

Is this for everyone? Absolutely not. And I’m okay with that.

But for those who know they want more, are willing to back themselves and are ready to do something about it… this might just be worth a look.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be open to what’s possible.

Happy heavenly birthday to one of the most genuine, kind-hearted men we were lucky enough to have in our lives. ❤️

We miss you so much 😢

A couple of weeks ago, we were at the shops when Layla came running over to me and said, “Mum, I just smelt Uncle Ash.”

The fact that she still remembers your smell says everything about how much you meant to her. She still sleeps with a photo of the two of you beside her in her room. That’s a love and a bond that will never go away. ❤️

Today, Darren is off to the golf course, keeping up the tradition you two shared of playing golf on each other’s birthdays. I know he’d give anything to have you out there beside him today. ❤️

Some people come into our lives and leave a mark that time will never erase. You were one of those people, Ash.

I wish you were still here making memories with us, watching the kids grow up and sharing all those moments we thought we’d have more time for.
