Had a little wave of new followers so I figured it was time for another little intro post✨ Also my 4 year tattoo anniversary is coming up soon so perfect timing🌈 This post was really hard to make because I feel so odd talking about myself so bare with me🥹🥲
Here’s a little background into what led me to be here today and some of the things I love to do when I’m not tattooing🦋
Tattooing and the tattoo community has been one of the most magical and amazing things I’ve ever gotten to be a part of. It’s taken me so many places I would’ve never dreamed of and I’ve met so many wonderful people. It was really hard for me to really breakthrough into the industry and it took a long time but everything that I went through to be here was beyond worth it, and I know this is just the beginning. Grateful for all my beautiful clients who allow me to live my dream and practice this beautiful art form every day🥰🫶🏻

❣️WIN A FULL DAY OR HALF DAY TATTOO SESSION❣️
It’s tattoo raffle time! It’s been a little while since I did one of these so I thought I’d sweeten the deal a bit. Enter for a chance to win a full day session, a framed stencil collage & one of my diner mugs or a half day session & one of my diner mugs✨

Here’s how it works:
1 ticket - $5
5 tickets - $20
25 tickets - $100
• If you select the $100 ticket option, even if you don’t win, this will be credited towards the price of a full day session tattoo as long as it’s booked within three months (October 7- January 15)
• Tickets can be purchased via Venmo only. The Venmo handle is @becca_joy (make sure there’s two underscores). Please include your first and last name, your IG handle and the number of tickets you’d like to purchase in the Venmo note. You can enter as many times as you’d like.
• Two winners will be chosen October 15th at 8pm.

Excited to be entering spooky season finally✨ Time to bust out all the fall movies during your upcoming appointments🫡
I’m way too impatient to wait to share these in progress pieces so here’s some stuff I’ve been working on that I’m really excited about🥰
First slide is an in progress leg sleeve for Taylor. We’re about 5 sessions in and we still got quite the journey ahead of us and I’m loving seeing it come together and I’m obsessed with the colors and the contrast in this piece🌸

Second slide is a Witch King & Balrog piece that is a partial cover up for Sara where we just started the outline. That was our very first session and I can’t wait to start adding the color. The glow of the flames I am especially excited to add🔥

Third slide is a big rework/coverup of an existing tattoo for Ashley. We’ve been at this one for a while and it’s looking so new and refreshed already! We used some skin tone color pigment to lighten up the existing tattoo to be able to add more colors and details and I’m stoke to see how well it’s all healing. I’m super appreciative of Ashley’s consistency and commitment to getting this piece done, especially with how extensive this coverup process has been. I love our hangs each and every time🫶🏻❣️

And the very last slide is a first session shoulder piece for Sara. I can’t wait to add the purples on the flowers and I love how this design drapes over her shoulder so nicely💜

As always thanks so much to everyone who trusts me with their skin and trusts the process especially for these big pieces. I feel so lucky to get to do this for my job🥹❣️

Back from some travels✈️
I had the absolute best time in Germany and got to see so many sweet friends again❣️
Started my back piece journey with @filouino and @jentonic and it already looks so amazing! I’ve been looking forward to it and so excited for so long and it was such a fun two days with you two🥰
I saw so many beautiful things, got some much needed rest and my cup feels so full🫶🏻 I can’t wait to come back🌸

Completed sleeve for Sydney✨ Super happy to have finished this project. Sydney’s story behind this sleeve was one I really resonated with. Her story of growth and evolution into who she is today was beautiful to hear and I felt honored to create a piece to represent that. Thanks for your trust and dedication❣️ I will miss our hangs🥹
