as i reflect on 2025 + look forward to 2026, i can’t help but be in awe with just how MUCH i did in one year. in the moment, it doesn’t feel like much, but wow does it add up. 2025 brought a lot of smiles, happy tears, sad tears, laughs, and pauses.

i have so much more i could share, but unfortunately my post would be about 100x longer. it feels like these moments are just scratching the surface.

looking back on the year is definitely inspiring the goals i have for 2026 + beyond. thanks for being here + being a part of the journey 🥹🫶🏼

i’m tired of flight attendants saying, “i don’t do this job for the money.” …you should?? you should want any job to pay you well??

can you guess how much a junior flight attendant’s salary might be? the range varies a lot, but the money IS there, and i wanted to share my income for those who might be curious about becoming a flight attendant.

last year was unique because my airline ratified a new contract which boosted my income A LOT last year.

anyways, if you made it to the end, you’re awesome + i hope this inspires you to follow your dreams (or to pick up some trips!) 😂✈️✨

having a birthday in early september, i’ve never known if i’m truly a summer or fall baby. this year i decided i wanted to spend my day in the mountains, JUST for coffee + hiking. So, if you want to spend an easy day in the north cascades mountains, steal my itinerary below!

👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼

🌄 start your drive into the mountains + enjoy the scenic views
🍳 enjoy a hearty breakfast at the Cascadia Inn to start your day (check their hours ahead of time—they are closed on some weekdays!)
🫈backtrack towards the Espresso Chalet, and enjoy a true, Seattlite tribute to Harry and the Hendersons
🥾 there’s a ton of trails nearby, we hiked the Heybrook Lookout trail + it was the perfect distance! plenty of parking at the trailhead. great views from the tower!

there’s also plenty of antique stores on your drive in/out of the mountains depending on how much time you have!

would you venture into the mountains for a cup of coffee?? 😋

My schedule isn’t consistent, but my habits are.

As a reserve flight attendant, I don’t have a perfect morning routine, a set gym schedule, or the luxury of a full kitchen on the road.

So instead of chasing a “perfect” routine, I focused on building habits I could take anywhere.

Three months ago, I got a DEXA scan to establish my baseline.

Today, I was gifted a DEXA scan by @bodyspec to go back + see if those small, repeatable habits actually made a measurable difference.

The results?

📉 Lower body fat
📉 Lower total mass
📈 Higher bone density

More importantly, it reminded me that progress doesn’t require perfect conditions.

If your schedule feels chaotic or out of your control, I hope this encourages you to stop waiting for the “perfect time” or “perfect conditons” to start.

We’re halfway through the year—now is the time to lock those habits in + finish strong 💪🏼
