When they say it don’t matter how you present yourself/what you wear in training but there’s a literal link between how you look and feel AND how that impacts how you show up mentally and how you perform physically. Maybe we should stop running our mouths and start running up our income so we can all increase that activewear budget💯🩷 you look good, you feel good; you do good. And that’s on science😂🦥 #outfit #mindset #fitness #lifestyle #ootd taken in London, United Kingdom by @beccamacho_

Watch your performance skyrocket when you focus on an all rounded approach; nutrition; protein & water intake, mindset, wellness, stretching, mobility, recovery, sleep and training. Rather than just training and then wondering why your bodies falling apart. Say less. All love xo

I’ve been called crazy, unhinged, batsh*t & weird but I’ve never been called boring😌
Hashtag; When a man says he can’t deal with all three of your personalities, but you actually have 9. Once a man actually said I have 14 personalities which I still find quite rude lol.
Hashtag; If you don’t like salted caramel then maybe go for vanilla
I miss my best friend @karindipaola 💔

It’s probably because my mars is in Venus @stephaniekeen …or because mercury is in the microwave. All I know is that I’m one astronomical reading away from being healed😌😂🙏🏼
