No summertime sadness here.🦋

Clearly I couldn’t pick one shot since @katiecoffeephoto is phenomenal at her job. Thank you for always documenting my birthday each year. Swipe to the end to see what a difference a year can make! 🫣

One of the most memorable October’s of my life. 💕
I spent time with so many friends & family, traveled, pushed myself harder than ever, and made amazing memories.

Prepared to be sick of me & all the running content coming your way 😝.

The CCC Bridge Run kicked my butt. Those inclines were no joke.

Today is World Alzheimer’s Day 💜

The more you know the more you can lessen your risk and get the proper treatment for your loved ones.

This disease is so devastating. Seeing my father go from the man of the household, always the one I could call on, to no longer being independent has been heartbreaking. Losing my mother really took a toll on him. Depression plays a a major role in Alzheimer’s. We saw all the signs but had no idea this is what it was. If only we knew…
Here we are taking it day by day.
