Today is the last day of COOlinary New Orleans.

The city has so many beautiful and delicious restaurants. This month long event is the perfect opportunity to explore and try new cuisines at unbeatable prices. 😍

I had the best evening at @n7nola . From the escargot, to the mussels, and crème brûlée, nothing was short of phenomenal. We tried their price-fixe menu (and more)!
I can’t wait to come back in the fall and sit outside in their courtyard. ✨

✨🎶Jazz Fest was all that and a bag of chips. 🥘🌞

From seeing the beautiful @raye to jamming to @tpain with my bestie, serenaded by @teddyswims and ending the fest at sunset with @tromboneshorty …. I couldn’t have asked for a better time. ✨

Couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day to kick off @fqfest weekend! 🎶 ☀️

Music, delicious food, & good company. What more could you want?

Check out this local favorite (April 16-19) throughout the French Quarter. It’s a beautiful celebration of New Orleans culture and has over 20 stages!

We tried our best at this handshake 😂.

It was a gorgeous day for a run with @herkrewe ! 💕 We even got to try out the new Pegasus shoe by @nike . ⚡️Thanks to @varsitysportsnola for hosting us. 👟

Another @ccc10k in the books. 👏🏽

I’m so proud of my bestie @meggg.leigh for killing it. This girl hasn’t ran in years and has had two babies in the meantime. She still managed to kick my butt. 🔥

I’m also astounded by my progress from last year! I shaved off over 8 mins and PRd at 1h7m. My 2025 time was 1h15m and my 2018 time was 1h20m.
Just shows you how consistency slowly and surely pays off.

Did the chop 💇🏽‍♀️. Thanks to my girl @goobriella at @therefinery_hairco for my new fall cut and participating in this video with me. 😆

✨Y’all have to go checkout @lostcoyotenola off Esplanade Avenue!
$20 gets you entrance into their pool and a complimentary glass of champagne.

Not pictured was my delicious cocktail🍹. I can’t wait to go back for their bottomless mimosas.
