Stir-fry meatballs are one of my favorite quick + easy comfort meals 🤍

I brown a pack of meatballs, add a splash of water to steam them until tender, then toss them in hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, fried garlic, and onions.
Finished with cilantro and green onions ✨
(Feel free to swap in your favorite seasonings 😉)

What do you make when you don’t want to think about dinner? 🍽️

I cook a lot so here’s everything I made for my family this week👩🏻‍🍳

🍚Sunday- sticky rice hand rolls
🍝Monday- fresh ravoli from target (forgot to record)
🥫Tuesday- lasagna
🍕Wednesday-homemade pizza
🥣Thursday- Quinoa bowls
⭐️Friday- leftovers

I like to keep my cooking simple! This week was a lot of tomatoe base meals because we had a huge jar of tomatoe sauce! Most weeks it’s stir fry because duh🤭💁🏻‍♀️🥬

I love cooking meals for my family! I love that my son gets to have these memories and meals. I also love saving money and knowing what goes into our bodies. Definitely not perfect by any means but balance bby😝

Just giving my old wreaths a little Halloween makeover 👻🎃 Made these little ghosts out of cardboard and called it a day. 😂 No need to buy new decor when you can use what you already have!
