Dave’s literal dreamboat, a Pan Oceanic 46, cutter rigged sloop sailboat ready for ocean crossings! We have been getting to know her since January and enjoying every moment. Aries has been meticulously cared for and we are so grateful to the previous live aboard owners for their stewardship. Joni Mitchell hasn’t been yet, but she’s ready with her surfer cat PFD 👍

I love that #crnaweek is right at the beginning of the new year in January. This year there is a lot of added strain on my community from the overbearing presence of 🧊 and the daily abuses of power. It reminds me of the proud history of nursing, how nurses have always been present on the front lines where there is pain and disaster. We have long been known for finding solutions - not because there are financial incentives or shareholders to please or companies to buy or sell - but to ease pain and suffering for our fellow humans. Communicable disease management and surgical anesthesia, both fields pioneered and changed forever by nurses to meet needs of our fellow humans. No matter where you’re from or why you need care, we will be there. Proud to represent the best profession! 💪Happy #crnaweek 🎉💕 by @beccasamplecrna
