🏔️ Dyfi Everest - what an experience!!9000m of elevation.180km 25 laps 33 hours11,652 caloriesMax speed 59km/hrThat was hell of a ride! An absolute roller coaster of doubt, belief, exhaustion, and elation. I’ll give you all a full low down on it when I’m slightly more coherent, but got some MASSIVE THANK YOUS to dish out…Firstly my bloody marvellous support crew who had my back, lapped with me, spannered, farted in the tough times, forced me to eat when nothing else would go in and are generally just beautiful humans: @wattsy_aw @_jack_p3rry_ @sianydillon @chaymoose @haynes_4 @hannah_t93 @jay_bomber @oliverschofield_ , Rob the medic, my bro and the girls 🫶🏻 Absolute team effort. ⛰️ Come with us for a trek up Tryfan 🐾Absolutely loved this hike with Esme 🫶🏻Just a little note - I wouldn’t have taken her up Tryfan if she wasn’t an experienced, agile dog who’s used to long hikes/rides and scrambling. While she made it look easy, this is a serious mountain with exposed sections and isn’t suitable for every dog. Please make sure you honestly assess your dog’s experience, fitness, equipment and confidence before attempting it…and yours 😂 Diolch 🍺#doghike #tryfan #mountains #bestmate by @becciskelly

Who likes my white pants? They come with a lot of pressure…it’s pretty criminal to wear white pants and be a bit shit. Other things I like that are white include…good teeth, parts of my dog, white mice, Michael Jackson and skulls.
