A couple of weeks ago I got invited to attend the opening of @blancstudio.ca and it was a great evening exploring the studio, snapping photos and meeting a lot of great people while enjoying some delicious food. How do you launch a photo studio to photographers? We had about four weeks to plan and produce the opening of @blancstudio.ca, with one clear goal: bring the right creative people into the room and give them a real reason to experience the space. So we built the night around two styled photo sets, giving photographers something they could actually shoot, while the rest of the event focused on connecting, discovering the studio and enjoying the space.
