This month we raised $1,500 for the @cancercouncil 🖤 Thank you so much to the angels who donated and sent messages of support over this month. I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to contribute to the research and support services that will come from these donations. I hope less people will experience cancer in the future. by @bechurst_

This month I’m challenging myself to raise money for an organisation that helped me during a very vulnerable and difficult time - the Cancer Council. Money donated directly assists support services for people who are about to start or are going through active treatment, as well as funding world class cancer research and prevention programs. // Vulnerable post for the last day of ˚⋆𝘢𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘴𝘮 𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘩.✦ ݁˖ {𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴} I’m sharing some of 𝘮𝘺 experiences that I didn’t realise were linked to autism for a v long time. My younger self would be horrified that I openly share these aspects of myself now. I’ve spent a big portion of my life hiding parts of who I am as I felt insecure and ashamed. These past few years I’ve been on a big journey towards radical self acceptance. I will always be autistic, so there’s no point in pretending not to be.
