✨Transformation Tuesday✨ As a travel agent, I’ve learned that growth in this industry is a lot like traveling—it’s full of unexpected twists, moments of clarity, and challenges. Some days, I’m energized and on top of the world, booking dream vacations for clients. Other days, I question everything and wonder if I’m making the right moves. But here’s the thing: transformation isn’t about perfection (because let’s be real, no one has it all figured out). It’s about showing up for the journey, even on the days when things feel uncertain. Last year, I had the incredible opportunity to travel to Australia in Fall 2024. That experience not only expanded my horizons but also reminded me that growth isn’t instant—it’s a gradual process. Every new place I explored, every challenge I overcame, and every connection I made helped me grow in ways I couldn’t have imagined before. As a travel agent, that trip reinforced my belief that when you embrace new experiences, your mindset shifts: Your confidence grows as you navigate unknown places. You learn to approach challenges with a fresh perspective. And before you know it, the life (and travels) you once dreamed about? You’re living it. So, if you’re feeling stuck, take that step. Whether it’s planning your dream trip or simply diving into something new, every step forward is part of your transformation. What’s your next travel dream? I’d love to hear about it! Drop it in the comments below. 👇 #TransformationTuesday #TravelGrowth #AdventureAwaits #ProgressoverPerfection #seetheworld #beautifuldestinations #bucketlistadventures #bucketlisttravel #TravelGoals #Australia2024 by @beckilwells
🌍✈️ 15 Days, 38 Guests, and One UNFORGETTABLE Mediterranean Adventure! 🚢❤️ I just returned from hosting 38 wonderful guests aboard the beautiful Azamara Onward, and WOW, what an incredible experience! 🇬🇷 Greece: The Acropolis in Athens, beautiful Syros, and ancient ruins in Crete. 🇹🇷 Turkey: Exploring Ephesus and walking the same streets where the Apostle Paul once taught. 🇪🇬 Egypt: Seeing the Pyramids and Sphinx (absolutely jaw-dropping!), King Tut’s treasures, exploring Alexandria, and even riding a camel! 🐪 🇲🇹 Malta: Exploring Valletta and boating through the stunning Blue Lagoon. 🇮🇹 Italy: Sicily, Mount Etna, the breathtaking Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, and finishing in beautiful Rome! One of the things I love most about my job is getting to experience places I once only dreamed of visiting. I feel incredibly blessed to have these opportunities! ❤️ But here’s what makes it even more special. Every destination I experience firsthand makes me a better travel advisor. I can study destinations all day long, but nothing compares to actually being there, experiencing the culture, exploring the sights, and learning the little things that make a trip truly special. And the best part? Sharing these adventures with wonderful people, making new friendships, and helping my clients create their own unforgettable memories! I truly LOVE what I do, and I’m so grateful I get to call this my job! ❤️🌎 Until the next adventure! ✈️🚢 #TravelAdvisorLife #AzamaraOnward #MediterraneanCruise #LoveMyJob #LuxuryTravel TripsAndShipsLuxuryTravel TravelMemories by @beckilwells

🇬🇷 Another amazing day in the Mediterranean! We explored the beautiful island of Crete, Greece! 🇬🇷 We visited the incredible Palace of Knossos, considered the oldest palace in Europe, dating back to around 1700 BC! It is absolutely amazing to walk through places with so much history! 🏛️ We also learned how olive oil was traditionally made, tried our hand at making pottery, and heard fascinating stories about the history of Crete and Greek mythology, including Zeus! 🫒🏺 One of the best parts of traveling is meeting wonderful people along the way, and today was no exception! We had an awesome tour guide who made the history and culture of Crete come alive. Such a wonderful day filled with history, culture, new friendships, and unforgettable memories! ❤️ #Crete #Greece #KnossosPalace #MediterraneanCruise #AzamaraOnward #TravelAdventures #MakingMemories by @beckilwells
