I’m super excited to announce that for the 2026 season I’m an official @spartanraceuk ambassador!! 😆🎉

Spartan is where I fell in love with OCR, so being able to share that and being able to give back to the sport and community means a lot! 🫶🏼

I can’t wait to see new and familiar faces out on the course and around the race village 🙌🏼

To help you get started or get back to the start line for another race, my ambassador code is:
👉🏼 SRUKBA26-REBECCA

Get it booked and get training! 🏃‍♀️

Let’s make this season the BEST one yet! See you at the start line Spartans 💪🏼✨ by @becks_ocr

SCOTLAND COAST TO COAST 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

The most incredible experience 🏃🏼‍♀️🚴🏼‍♀️⛰️

🩷102 MILES!!🩷

I won’t lie this one was hard…

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿RUN 1
Starting at Nairn running to Cawdor castle 🏰 the most stunning route along the River Nairn. Feeling so fresh and ready to go. Trying to pace this as well as I could as there was still a long way to go.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿BIKE
Such a bitter sweet experience as it was stunning but so brutal with the inclines and terrains. Big mental battle to keep going and pushing forward but I made it through. I was in a lot of pain on the bike which was getting increasingly harder to ignore and push through but we made it!

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿RUN 2
The last push before the finish line. Almost didn’t go out for this run as I had a small meltdown in transition getting off the bike but stopped for a minute let myself breathe and put one foot in front of the other. Lots of inlines on trail which soon turned into streams and bogs which became very hard to keep going. Managed to make up some time running but slipped and hit the back of my head on a rock but carried on and made it to the kayak.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿KAYAK
When I got there it was too dangerous to cross with it getting darker. Still making it to the finish line and crossing though.

I want to give a massive massive thank you to everyone who has supported me, donated and helped me get to this point. It means the world that so many people believed in me even when I didn’t.

Hugeeeee thank you to @coach_carrino for training me, motivating me and believing in me. Honestly couldn’t have done it without you!

A massive thank you to @rose1012320 for driving across Scotland following me and making sure I was ok and for keeping my mother sane while I was on this adventure! Cannot thank you enough for this trip! 🩷

@triharderuk for getting my bike ready and helping me with all my stupid bike questions. Especially with teaching me how to repair a puncture!

@morgan_garrard for helping me with the best fuelling plan ever! Training with me and keeping me going!

@ratracehq for organising such an incredible race and keeping us all fuelled safe through the course! by @becks_ocr

🏆BRITISH CHAMPION🏆

Can you tell I love the medal? 🥰

What a race!! Such a hard course with brutal obstacles and so much mud!

🏆To start, such a massive massive thank you to @coach_carrino for all the time and effort and training!! We managed a huge time pb! Was overall faster and much stronger. Still a lot to work on and improve but massive results!!! All the hard work is paying off!!

🏆completed more obstacles this year that were very technical and I’d never attempted before. Still struggled and failed a few… lots of burpees came my way!! But getting so much better!

🏆the thing that made a massive difference was having no blisters! Such a rare thing. And finished injury free too! So even better.

🏆overall super super happy with this and how much I’ve improved! Cannot wait to see what happens in the future! by @becks_ocr

@techy.tommy , ollie.a_ocr we’re still waiting on that call for the 2027 team?!?

Apparently it’s actually not as easy as the pros make it look ??? Especially not in the DARK.

If you’re ever in HVAR for the @spartanracecroatia 100m and Sprint World Championships, we urge you to have a go in the open practice sessions- you may surprise yourself with what you can do and you may get humbled at the same time 🙃😂

🌸 MOTTOS IM LIVING BY AS AN INJURED ATHLETE 🌸

A little bit of positivity while being ✨injured✨ by @becks_ocr

🇪🇸EUROS 2026🇪🇸

Not quite the Euros I had planned 🤕🇪🇸

After months of training and looking forward to competing, a nasty lil injury meant I had to swap racing for cheering from the sidelines. It definitely wasn’t easy watching knowing I couldn’t be out there doing what I love, especially after all the hard work that went into getting here.

I’m Incredibly lucky to have @dan_clough05 on the sidelines with me supporting me and helping me on my road to recovery until I’m back on the start line 🫶🏼

That said, being part of this team is something I’ll never take for granted and it’s an honour to wear the GB national kit. Watching my teammates go out on the course and give it everything they had, and represent our country with so much determination made me incredibly proud. The support, encouragement, and team spirit throughout the weekend reminded me why I love this sport so much and I cannot wait to be back.

Of course I’m disappointed not to have raced, but I’m choosing to focus on what I can take from this experience. Recovery is underway, lessons have been learned, and my focus is already on coming back stronger.

A huge congratulations to all my teammates for their performances and thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way. ❤️💙

This wasn’t the Euros I imagined, but I’m grateful to have been part of it nonetheless.

Amazing core memories made 🇬🇧 by @becks_ocr

SPARTAN SEASON IS HERE!… 🇬🇧

Trading race bibs for volunteering this weekend 🫶🔥

Still the same Spartan, early mornings and unreal atmosphere… just from the other side of the obstacles this time 👀🏃‍♀️

Getting to cheer people on, help out behind the scenes and still be part of the community reminded me why I love these events so much ❤️⚡️ Exhausting, chaotic and so worth it.

Can’t wait for the next one 💪🏼🇬🇧

This is the last thing I wanted to be writing especially as the start of the race season is a few weeks away but I’ve picked up an injury at the worst possible time ❤️‍🩹

I’ve put everything into this season and into preparing for these races, so to have it taken away this close to the start line is incredibly hard to accept. This has been really difficult to realise that I’m not invincible and you can’t keep pushing through everything. There’s a lot of heartbreak knowing I won’t get the chance to line up, compete, and prove I can do it.

Right now the focus is on recovering properly, looking after myself, and coming back even stronger but in the right way.

I’m so incredibly lucky that I have the most amazing people around me supporting me every step of the way, making sure I come back stronger and stay positive.

This is just another chapter, and I know the comeback will be stronger than the setback. Right now it hurts more than I can properly put into words but it’s only temporary.

I will be back 💙 by @becks_ocr
