SCOTLAND COAST TO COAST 🏴
The most incredible experience 🏃🏼♀️🚴🏼♀️⛰️
🩷102 MILES!!🩷
I won’t lie this one was hard…
🏴RUN 1
Starting at Nairn running to Cawdor castle 🏰 the most stunning route along the River Nairn. Feeling so fresh and ready to go. Trying to pace this as well as I could as there was still a long way to go.
🏴BIKE
Such a bitter sweet experience as it was stunning but so brutal with the inclines and terrains. Big mental battle to keep going and pushing forward but I made it through. I was in a lot of pain on the bike which was getting increasingly harder to ignore and push through but we made it!
🏴RUN 2
The last push before the finish line. Almost didn’t go out for this run as I had a small meltdown in transition getting off the bike but stopped for a minute let myself breathe and put one foot in front of the other. Lots of inlines on trail which soon turned into streams and bogs which became very hard to keep going. Managed to make up some time running but slipped and hit the back of my head on a rock but carried on and made it to the kayak.

When I got there it was too dangerous to cross with it getting darker. Still making it to the finish line and crossing though.
I want to give a massive massive thank you to everyone who has supported me, donated and helped me get to this point. It means the world that so many people believed in me even when I didn’t.
Hugeeeee thank you to @coach_carrino for training me, motivating me and believing in me. Honestly couldn’t have done it without you!
A massive thank you to @rose1012320 for driving across Scotland following me and making sure I was ok and for keeping my mother sane while I was on this adventure! Cannot thank you enough for this trip! 🩷
@triharderuk for getting my bike ready and helping me with all my stupid bike questions. Especially with teaching me how to repair a puncture!
@morgan_garrard for helping me with the best fuelling plan ever! Training with me and keeping me going!
@ratracehq for organising such an incredible race and keeping us all fuelled safe through the course!
