No longer a Ruck Rookie I guess 🤷‍♀️🥇 1st female overall, 11th in the world leaderboards, 1st RUCK DEKA FIT The Ruck community is simply like no other, I owe the win entirely to all those who taught me every tip without hesitation from day 1. If you’re debating getting into it, go for it, and do it with @yomp_co (obviously) Proud to officially call myself a @yomp_co ambassador 🥹Ruck Rookie era continues but with slightly more experience 🤭 #dekafit #dekaeurope #ruckrun #ruck #spartan 📸 @francesca_chiorando - (insane talent) by @darceydunne

ITS WORKOUT WEDNESDAY! (Youth athlete edition!!!) While there’s been a lot of stigma around training for kids and young people, here’s what the studies ACTUALLY show: Weight training can help young people… ✨Improve their strength and bone density 🦴 ✨Help improve their cognitive functions🧠 ✨Can help with injury prevention 🩹 ✨Can help boost their confidence 🤝 Young people can start off practicing their form with body weight or light resistance exercises from the ages of 7-8 and build from there, with a focus on technique and slightly higher volume rather than maxxing out on heavy reps. Enjoy the workout and let us know how you get on, don’t forget to tag @deka.europe in any attempts! #deka #dekafit #workoutwednesday #spartan #gymmotivation by @darceydunne
Blessed to be surrounded by women who only care about the important things … “did you hit your spear throw?” 🤷‍♀️🫠❤️ #spartan #spartanrace #girly #girls #girlthinga by @darceydunne
All episodes of our obstacle tutorials series are linked together (with more incoming shortly!!!). Watch any of them and click on the next episode from that same video 😊 We created this series to help Spartans by showing people more than one way of tackling the obstacles whilst also reassuring people that as long as they don’t break the rules - that you can choose any way you like! None of this “this way is the only way” nonsense. 😊 Comment “OBSTACLE TUTORIAL” and my account will automatically send you the first video of the series so you can watch through them all 🎥💪🤝 #spartanobstacles #spartanobstacletutorial #spartanrace #spartan #obstaclecourseracing by @darceydunne
READY FOR A SCARY ONE? Extra’s edition! Is it time you start feeling less assaulted on the bike? Good luck 👀 Give these a go and let us know how you find them! Happy Halloween 🎃👻💀 #workoutwednesday #deka #dekafit #spartan #gymmotivation by @darceydunne
Realised recently I have SOOOOO many unedited videos of my training so started this little series to show them off 😊🫶 This is a typical Friday session with squats, calf raises, short intervals and long Metcon. I finish work earlier on a Friday so we squeeze it all into a late afternoon normally and then get to spend the evening having dinner with the best crew 🫶💪 📍 @thirdspacelondon 👚 @myprotein @usaprowomen 👟 @asicsrunning @nikewomen @niketraining 🚰 @precisionfandh by @darceydunne
ITS WORKOUT WEDNESDAY!!! In my opinion this is one of the most useful DEKA sessions - Compromised running!!! Check it out and let us know how you find it!!! #spartan #deka #dekafit #workout #gymmotivation 📍Filmed at @sqfitness.batterseareach / @thirdspacelondon by @darceydunne
WORKOUT WEDNESDAY 3 EXTRA!!! : 400m INTERVALS ⚡️ You can do these as a team OR take it solo and just match your rest break with your interval time 💪 This is a great finisher workout to an additional session OR you can also increase the reps to 12 and use it as a standalone session 🤝 Let us know how you get on in the comments! 📍Filmed at @sqfitness.batterseareach DEKA AFFILIATE GYM #deka #dekafit #workoutwednesday #runningmotivation #gymmotivation by @darceydunne
