💍Came home from France and Switzerland with the best souvenir!! I couldn’t have been more surprised and stunned by this proposal. Garret and the girls pulled off the absolute best surprise! This proposal was perfect in every way. On the mountain 🏔️ just the 5 of us. Perfection 🥰❤️ @brookep116 @madalyn_persing @emma.persing - you girls are the best family a girl could ask for 💗

HYROX WASHINGTON DC 🏃🏼‍♀️💪🏼🔥

HYROX Doubles with @raquelleahh … we did it!! 🙌🏽 This was HARD, exhausting, challenging, and somehow one of the most fun experiences all at once.

I seriously could not have asked for a better partner! Raquel encouraged me, pushed me when I needed it, picked up the slack when I needed that too, and somehow kept the whole thing fun. She even made sure I was still alive along the way… “Breathing? Okay, good.” 😂💀 I honestly don’t think I ever would have believed I could do something like this without her convincing me that we absolutely could 🥹💪🏼

So thankful for all of our training time together, especially at the best gyms! 🏋️‍♀️🔥 @resistancestrength @f13_performance @6yclestudio
Also the best weekend with some amazing strong AF ladies! 👯‍♀️👯‍♀️

Our annual trip to Europe. Words cannot adequately convey what these trips mean to me. Being able to travel to different parts of the world and explore them with my family is everything to me. @brookep116 @madalyn_persing @emma.persing and @becky.mary you are the best travel partners and I am so excited for our future adventures!

First home base, Annecy France. This place stole my heart. Amazing medieval town right next to a lake and mountains. Boating and swimming on the lake, amazing roads for bike rides and about and hour to skiing in the Alps, talk about quality of life!

Lake Annecy is amazing with super blue, crystal clear water.

First day trip was to Chamonix, the iconic mountain town. Mont Blanc was amazing to see in person.

Can’t miss the L’Aiguille du Midi tram up the mountain.

Unfortunately I bought the wrong ticket and we could only go half way up. We made lemonade out of lemons and did a short hike to a beautiful alpine lake.

After lunch we took a hike to a beautiful waterfall. The water and spray was extremely cold and was great to cool us down after the hike up the mountain.

Back to Annecy for a day of exploring.

It gets very hot in Annecy during the summer. There are dozens of free beaches all around the lake.

This boardwalk along the northeast part of the lake is very popular.

Another day trip to Alpe d’Huez for a triathlon race that ai did. More on that later.

We left Annecy and made our way to Zermatt. We took our time and stopped at places along Lake Geneva. We stopped in Vevey which is an amazing town and we swam in the lake. Again, the water was amazing and crystal clear.

The iconic Matterhorn.

We took the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise trams up and over mountain ridge and crossed over into Italy.

Cervinia Italy was the end of the gondola line. We grabbed lunch and walked around this beautiful mountain town.

From the very top of the Kleinmatterhorn. The Breighthorn is behind us.

The scenery is epic in every direction. It’s impossible to take a bad picture.

200 💥
Wow! I can’t believe I hit 200 strength and ride classes. 💪🏽🚴‍♀️

Just continuing to show up, do the work, and become a better, healthier version of myself. It’s been amazing to see that hard work translate outside the gym too. Taking nearly 10 minutes off my bike split at Escape the Cape and averaging 4–5 mph faster than I have in past races.

I’m so thankful for the @6yclestudio & @resistancestrength community and all the friendships I’ve made along the way.

Escape the Cape! 🌊🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️

🏊‍♀️ Swim – FUN 😄
🚴‍♀️ Bike – FUN 😄
🏃🏼‍♀️ Run – Sand running… TRASH 😂

This was a bucket-list race for me, and it did not disappoint. Jumping off the Cape May-Lewes Ferry and swimming into shore was a whole vibe and definitely the coolest part of the race.

What a fun weekend and an awesome way to kick off triathlon season!
