My kids cheering me on at CrossFit. The habits my dad instilled in me that I still carry. The community I’m building here in Colorado, along with my Minnesota and Hawaiʻi people who still mean the world to me. You all know who you’re🥹

I wouldn’t be where I am today without my husband, my kids, my family, and my friends.

And this is why I do what I do—why I love mentoring women. Because beneath so much of what we’re chasing, what we really want is to feel something: light, free, happy, connected, alive.

I’ve been at ground zero, and now I’m here—loving my life and helping other women find their way toward a life that feels good to them, too.

It is possible to come back. To find your people. To feel joy again. I’m living proof.

How fvking wild that being myself is enough to create something that matters.

Out of the life I’ve lived.
The things I’ve survived.
The lessons I had to earn.

With the voice I once questioned
and the parts of myself
I thought I needed to change.

No pretending.
No performing.
No becoming “more” first.

Just the wild realization
that who I am
has always been enough.

And now I get to help other women
remember that they are, too.

There is not a damn thing wrong with wanting more out of your life.

The shame isn’t there because your desire is wrong. It’s there because somewhere along the way, you learned that wanting more made you selfish, ungrateful, or too much.

Fuk that.

Get dead-ass honest with yourself.

What do I want? What have I been pretending I don’t want? What would I go after if I stopped giving everyone else a vote in a life they don’t have to live?

You can love your life and still know you’re not done living it.

A-aloha, kids. Story time, and I’m going to be so real with you.

I stayed longer than I should have because I knew how to survive there.

I knew the chaos. I knew the unhappiness. I knew how to people-please and keep everything moving.

And as messed up as it sounds, that felt safer than choosing myself and having no idea what came next.

But I knew there was more to life than where I was. And once I knew that, I couldn’t unknow it.

Choosing myself was hard AF.

But staying and watching myself disappear? I couldn’t do it anymore.
