Grief is a natural part of life. A gritty little bitch. A nasty little fear monster. It’s also a heart opening, raw, fight like hell to place one foot in front of the other kinda vibe. This year my angel man lost his close cousin Tom in tragic circumstances.. and it’s been hard, very fucking hard. He is doing the best he can, and so am I to support his stunning self. I still make mistakes, and so does he , but that’s life hey? Hugs to anyone struggling to keep your head above water this year. Let’s go Monday ! Ruby and I got caught in a big downpour but that’s ok! ✅

Lately my focus is on the fur baby ,close friends/ family and my hot boyfriend. Also my HEALTH, my freaking Health.
What a privilege to be able to take HRT to help you get your mind body and soul back on track.
